My order showed up with the wrong figures in it... not the ones I picked out or ordered. Disappointing honestly

Checking out on galactictoys.com was painless. I found my cart, put in my shipping info, and paid without any random errors or annoying surprises, which I really appreciate. The only thing that bugged me a little is that the shipping options weren’t very clear until the last step. I think it’s only fair to show that stuff earlier so people know what they’re getting into. Still, overall it was a good experience and I’d use the site again.

I ordered a figure and was pleasantly surprised when it showed up faster than I expected. The box arrived in good condition too, which was a relief. Overall, it felt like a smooth and reliable experience, and I’d happily order from them again.

I ordered a couple of figures from Galactic Toys, and while the items themselves were totally fine, the overall price felt a bit high to me. I’ve bought figures from a few other shops before, so I had a good idea of what I usually pay, and after checking around later, some of the prices here seemed higher than elsewhere. Shipping also added more than I expected, which made the total feel less worth it. Nothing was wrong with the figures, but unless there’s a sale, I probably wouldn’t make this my first choice next time.

I kept checking back for a few figures I wanted, but they were either sold out or just not showing up at all. The selection felt hit-or-miss, and I couldn’t tell if restocks were even happening or if I was just being led in circles. I spent way more time than I should have clicking around just to find everything unavailable. Not the best experience if you’re trying to buy something specific.

What showed up wasn’t really what the listing made it sound like. The details on the page just didn’t line up with the actual item, like someone gave a rough description and missed the important stuff. I ended up feeling misled.

I tried using the promo code and it didn’t go through the first time, which was kind of annoying. Then I tried again and it finally applied, so that part was weird. At least the discount ended up being decent...

I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the box just looked a little off to me, and the figure didn’t feel quite right in hand. Maybe it’s fine, but based on what I received, it gave me fake vibes.

I was annoyed when this showed up. The package had basically no padding, the box was all smashed up, and the toy had scratches on it. Just not great when you’re expecting something new and it arrives like that

I was mostly just focused on grabbing the limited figure, so I wasn’t paying much attention to anything else on the site. But even then, it felt messy. My cart kept clearing out, updates/info seemed to come in late, and the whole process was frustrating. I know limited stuff sells out fast, but this drop could’ve been planned a lot better.

I placed an order and then tried to cancel it soon after, but the whole thing ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. There wasn’t an easy option to handle it myself, so I had to wait around for support to get back to me.

By the time someone replied, it seemed like the order was already too far along, which left me with barely any choices. That was the annoying part because I reached out quickly, and it felt like the situation could’ve been avoidable with a clearer process.

The site itself is fine, but the cancellation setup really needs work. It should be more straightforward and a little more forgiving. Not the worst experience ever, but it definitely makes me hesitate to order again

Customer service did get back to me and ended up fixing the issue, so I can’t really complain too much. It maybe took a bit longer than I was hoping, but they were polite and actually helpful once they responded. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from Galactic Toys a few times because their rewards program seemed like it might actually be useful, not gonna lie. I figured if I was already buying stuff there, earning points would be a nice little bonus.
But when I finally tried to use the points, it was way more confusing than it needed to be. A bunch of the items I wanted didn’t seem to qualify, the points didn’t show up right away, and when I reached out to support, I mostly got generic replies that didn’t really help.
At that point, it just felt like a waste of time. If using rewards takes that much effort, I’d rather skip it and shop somewhere else.

I was glad to see PayPal as an option at checkout, since not every site seems to bother with that. It worked fine for me and I didn’t run into any problems.

I ordered from Galactic Toys and ended up needing to return one of the items. i felt a little embarrassed because I wasn’t totally sure if I was missing something, but the return instructions just weren’t that clear to me. I had to go back and forth a bit, and the refund took longer than I expected. Support did respond, which I appreciated, but it felt slow overall. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more of a hassle than I hoped it would be.

I chose local pickup because I figured it would be faster and easier than waiting for shipping, but my most recent experience was frustrating. When I got there, no one seemed to know where my order was, and I ended up standing around for about 25 minutes while they checked in the back.

The box was also a little beat up, and when I asked about it, the staff seemed annoyed more than helpful. Maybe pickup has gone smoothly for other people before, but after this last visit, I’d probably just have it shipped next time.
